Introduced in the 1950s for the French naval air army, Type XXI carries a quintessential pilot's watch aesthetic and a flyback chronograph movement highlighted evidently on the dial - Retour en Vol - flyback in French.

Attention to detail is one of the skills that Breguet excels in, and nowhere is it more conspicuous than on this Type XXI. This 42.5mm wide and 15mm thick case is crafted from 18k rose gold in a round shape featuring fluting on the casebands. Bells and whistles that complete the case are a bidirectional rotating bezel, pump-style chronograph pushers, and a screw-down knurled crown.
