Bringing mid-century elegance into the modern age, the Premier B01 Chronograph 42 redefines Breitling’s heritage-driven design with contemporary precision and a bold green dial.
Why we love it
The Premier collection traces its roots to the 1940s, when Breitling first introduced elegant chronographs intended for daily wear — refined, functional, and suited to a gentleman’s wardrobe. The modern B01 Chronograph 42 pays tribute to that legacy with its 42mm stainless steel case, streamlined rectangular pushers, and sunburst green dial, all echoing the balance and proportion of the original Premier references. A tachymeter scale frames twin sub-dials at three and nine o’clock, with a discreet date display at six, enhancing the visual symmetry and usability.
Inside, the watch is run by manufacture calibre Breitling 01 — an in-house automatic chronograph movement with a 70-hour power reserve and column-wheel architecture, visible through the sapphire caseback. It is presented on a polished steel bracelet and is water-resistant to 100 metres.
What you should know
This Breitling Premier AB0145371L1A1 has visible nicks on the scratches and dent on the case and caseback. The bracelet and clasp have scuffs as well.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
