This Hublot captures the essence of contemporary watchmaking with its fusion of gold, ceramic, and open-worked mechanics.
Why we love it
The Hublot Big Bang 310.PM.1180.RX stands as a showcase of the brand’s Art of Fusion philosophy, balancing power and precision within a striking 44.5 mm case. Crafted from 18K rose gold paired with black ceramic, the watch juxtaposes warmth and toughness in a way few chronographs manage. The skeletonised dial reveals the self-winding HUB44 calibre, a movement celebrated for its 42-hour power reserve and robust chronograph performance.
The dial’s architectural layout invites you to look closer. The layered bridges, brushed finishes, and exposed date wheel create a visual rhythm that feels both technical and deliberate. Red chronograph accents and applied hour markers ensure clarity against the mechanical backdrop, while the sapphire caseback offers another perspective on the movement’s complexity.
Completing the design is a structured black rubber strap that reinforces Hublot’s forward-thinking approach to luxury. The Big Bang 310.PM.1180.RX is not just bold for the sake of it; it’s a watch that celebrates material harmony and mechanical expression in perfect balance.
This Hublot Big Bang 310.PM.1180.RX has visible scratches on the crystal and case. The caseback and clasp have scuffs as well. The rubber strap is in satisfactory form.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
