Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Worldtimer captures the thrill of global travel through a sculpted titanium globe and a sleek, contemporary profile.
Why we love it
This Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Worldtimer stands out for its lightweight grade 2 titanium case and its striking monochrome design that feels both technical and elegant. At the centre of the dial, Omega creates a detailed vision of Earth from above the North Pole using laser ablation on grade 5 titanium. This miniature topographic world sits within a black and grey display framed by a brushed black ceramic bezel. Surrounding the map is a 24 hour ring that moves from light to dark to indicate day and night, creating an intuitive reading of global time.
City names form the outer circle, with London printed in red to mark Universal Time Coordinated. The blackened hands and indexes are filled with white Super LumiNova to ensure clarity in every setting. Driving the watch is Omega’s calibre 8938, an impressively robust movement with excellent magnetic resistance and precision certified by METAS. The integrated black rubber strap and titanium clasp reinforce the modern character of the watch. This is a Worldtimer designed for travellers who prefer a technical aesthetic and a dial that presents the planet as a piece of wearable sculpture.

Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
