Bold yet refined, this Panerai Luminor BiTempo is a masterclass in functionality and design.
Why we love it
This Panerai Luminor BiTempo Power Reserve PAM01360, introduced in 2022, is encased in a substantial 44mm brushed stainless steel case, commanding attention while ensuring durability. This watch features a striking black dial, adorned with luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers. A prominent date aperture at the three o'clock position offers enhanced legibility, while the small seconds sub-dial at nine provides a balanced aesthetic. The power reserve indicator, thoughtfully placed at the fifth position, allows wearers to monitor the remaining energy, ensuring the watch operates optimally.
One of the standout features of the PAM01360 is its GMT function, enabling the tracking of a second timezone. This is particularly beneficial for frequent travellers. The GMT hand, distinguished by its luminous blue hue, traverses the dial every 24 hours, indicating the second timezone clearly and efficiently.
Powering this sophisticated timepiece is Panerai's in-house automatic calibre P.9012. This movement operates at a frequency of 28,800vph and boasts a generous power reserve of 72 hours, courtesy of its twin barrels. The calibre P.9012 not only drives the hours, minutes, small seconds, and GMT functions but also incorporates a date display and a power reserve indicator.
Additionally, it features a seconds reset device, allowing for precise time-setting. Lastly, the ensemble is complemented by a matching black rubber strap, ensuring both comfort and style.
This Panerai Luminor PAM01360 has visible scratches and dents on the case and buckle, while the rubber strap is in good form.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
