Something new makes this Submariner Date all the more covetable. Your favourite Rolex with a notable 41mm case, water-resistant up to 300 metres.
Why we love it
The Rolex Submariner Date reference 126610LN stays true to the legacy of the world’s most recognisable dive watch yet its subtle evolution lends it an edge. Introduced in 2020, this model features a 41mm Oystersteel case, a marginal increase from its predecessor, but one that reshapes the entire silhouette. The lugs are more tapered, the profile more streamlined, offering a refined aesthetic that wears with comfort and balance.
True to its purpose-built origins, this reference remains a formidable dive watch. The black Cerachrom bezel is unidirectional and resolutely scratch-resistant. Inside, luminous markers glow with Rolex’s proprietary Chromalight, and the date window holds its classic spot at three. The Oyster bracelet, fitted with an Oysterlock clasp and Glidelock system, ensures security and comfort in equal measure.
Inside the 126610LN ticks the calibre 3235 developed and manufactured entirely in-house. This movement introduces a suite of technical upgrades, most notably the patented Chronergy escapement, which balances power efficiency with magnetic resistance and delivers a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. COSC-certified and further tested to Rolex’s own Superlative Chronometer standards, it underscores the Submariner’s dual role as both a professional instrument and a refined daily companion.
This Rolex Submariner 126610LN shows visible signs of wear, including scratches on the case and caseback. Noticeable scuffs on the bracelet and clasp.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
