A Collector’s Delight — Arnold & Son Time Pyramid
READ FULL STORYEvery year at Watches and Wonders, we witness the unveiling of new timepieces from some of the world’s most respected watch brands. While many new models debut, a select few stand out for their design, mechanics and cultural relevance that signal their potential to become future icons. At Watches and Wonders 2025, we’ve seen several such timepieces that combine heritage with innovation, strong design identities, and thoughtful craftsmanship.
Whether through the revival of classic codes or the introduction of modern complications, they resonate strongly with collectors and connoisseurs alike. A decade or two from now, we wouldn’t be surprised to see some of them appear at auctions as well as in the pre-owned market as important references of their era. Let’s take a closer look at the timepieces from Watches and Wonders 2025 that we believe have the potential to become truly iconic.
Arnold & Son Constant Force Tourbillon 11
A remarkable addition to the collection of Arnold & Son watches for men, the Constant Force Tourbillon 11 is encased in a 41.5mm gold case it features a pristine white grand feu enamel dial, highlighted by a blued anchor hand that functions as a ‘deadbeat’ seconds indicator — a subtle homage to traditional marine chronometers. The caseback reveals Abraham Louis Breguet’s tribute to John Arnold with a refined tourbillon at six o’clock and an inscription on a silver plate. The manual-winding calibre A&S5219 with two serially mounted barrels delivers 100 hours of power reserve, combining historical homage with mechanical mastery. This exquisite timepiece is limited to just 11 pieces worldwide, making it one of the rarest worldtimer creations worldwide.
A. Lange & Söhne Odysseus Honeygold
Showcased at Watches and Wonders 2025, this 40.5mm sports timepiece introduces honey-gold alloy case and bracelet for the first time, paired with a tobacco brown dial. Preserving the Odysseus collection’s practical pushers and mechanical excellence, this edition maintains the perfect balance between sporty versatility and exceptional artistry. Limited to 100 pieces, it preserves the Odysseus collection’s practical pushers and mechanical excellence. The gold bracelet complements the case perfectly, enhancing its luxurious character while retaining the tasteful restraint that defines the quintessential Lange approach to sporty luxury that balances exclusivity with wearability.
Cartier Privé Tank à Guichets
Reviving one of its most distinctive designs from 1928, Cartier presents the Tank à Guichets in yellow gold, rose gold, and platinum, alongside the limited “Oblique” platinum edition. The vertically brushed cases forego the traditional brancards, maintaining historical authenticity while the apertures display jumping hours and minutes through meticulously hand-polished openings. The uncommon 12 o’clock crown placement, featured on only the original 1928 model and a limited 1996 edition, adds historical significance to this revival.
Grand Seiko Evolution 9 Spring Drive UFA
A perfect reveal at Watches and Wonders 2025, Grand Seiko watches introduced a significant advancement with its Evolution 9 Spring Drive UFA models, featuring the new calibre 9RB2. The Ice Forest dials depict frost-covered trees from the Kirigamine Highlands with intricate blue texturing. The UFA (Ultra Fine Accuracy) designation signifies remarkable precision, surpassing the already impressive standard Spring Drive accuracy. The titanium version features a silver-blue hue with a tempered blue seconds hand, while the platinum edition displays a deeper blue dial with a silver seconds hand.
H. Moser & Cie. Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Purple Enamel
H. Moser & Cie. masterfully unites minimalism with intricate decoration in the Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Purple Enamel. The 40mm steel case houses the brand’s three-day automatic calibre HMC 201, visible through the exhibition caseback with its gold rotor and signature Moser double stripes in grey anthracite finishing. A matching purple kudu leather strap complements the Purple Haze dial.

The Rose-gilt opaline dial features distinctive anthracite polished markers that provide a bold contrast to the restrained design. As the direct descendant of perhaps the most important dress watch in horological history, the 6196P perfectly balances classical elegance with contemporary proportions.
