A bold reinvention of time itself, the Freak X Titanium “Ti Black” redefines horological minimalism by wearing its engine proudly with no dial and no traditional hands.
Why we love it
This 43mm creation is crafted in lightweight titanium with a black PVD finish, bringing together industrial strength and avant-garde design. At its core is the in-house UN 230 automatic calibre, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. The entire movement doubles as the time display. The central bridge acts as the minute hand, while a rotating wheel indicates the hours. It is an audacious reinterpretation of how a watch can tell time.
Inside, a large silicon oscillator ensures precision and resilience, offering a modern solution to traditional regulating systems. The calibre provides a 72-hour power reserve and a water resistance of 50 metres, making the Freak X both radical in design and reliable in function.
The watch is completed by a black alligator leather strap, enhanced with red “point de bride” stitching and secured with a titanium pin buckle. It perfectly balances technical daring with refined wearability.
This Ulysse Nardin Freak X TI Black 2303-270/BLACK has a slightly spoiled strap but the overall condition of the watch is very good.
Provenance
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
Please note all our transactions with sellers are conducted via registered banking channels, accompanied by a signed affidavit, banking proof, and PAN card.
A specific affidavit stating the watch is not a stolen property and that all applicable duties have been paid is also obtained from the seller and is available for buyers in case of legal requirements.
We strive to build trust through transparency and diligence, outlining our verification process and the inherent limitations. Our commitment to integrity shapes every transaction, prioritising your confidence while acknowledging the realities of the pre-owned watch market.
