Omega designed the Trésor as its most feminine dress collection, and the 428.18.36.60.03.002 carries that intent through every surface. The 36mm polished stainless steel case is set with 38 full-cut diamonds totalling 0.49 carats, curving neatly along each side, with a single full-cut diamond placed in the crown. A domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment inside covers the dial, and water resistance holds to 30 metres. The mirrored caseback carries a metallised "Her Time" pattern, confirmed on the official page.

The sand-blasted PVD blue dial carries a hydrangea pattern obtained through laser decoration, the floral motif applied at a precision level that printing or stamping cannot match. Rhodium-plated hands and indexes cross the blue surface, the cool metal tone in deliberate contrast to the diamond-set case surrounding the dial.
