The Jubilee bracelet has been the Datejust's natural companion since the watch launched in 1945. Choosing the Oyster here is a deliberate step away from that formality. The three-piece solid-link bracelet sits flatter and more purposefully against the wrist, and against the yellow gold fluted bezel and silver sunray dial, it reads as the Datejust dressed down to exactly the point it needs to be. The 41mm monobloc Oystersteel case carries the Yellow Rolesor construction throughout, the Twinlock screw-down crown and sapphire crystal with Cyclops lens completing a case that holds to 100 metres.
The silver dial earns its surface through a two-stage process confirmed on the official page: a sunray finish applied by masterful brushing creates grooves outward from the dial's centre, then the colour arrives via Physical Vapour Deposition or electroplating, sealed with a varnish coat. The resulting silver catches the light radially, shifting its tone with the wrist's position. Chromalight hour markers and hands carry long-lasting blue luminescence, with the date at three o'clock under the Cyclops lens.
This Datejust 41, Reference 126333, is in excellent condition, showing only light scratches on the bracelet.
At Second Movement, the pre-owned division of Ethos Watches, we adhere to a rigorous verification process where expert watchmakers carefully inspect every watch to certify its authenticity, ensuring it is not counterfeit. We also go to the maximum extent possible to ensure that the timepiece is not a stolen property and that all duties are paid. However, in the absence of any central database, a 100% verification is unlikely for any pre-owned entity in India. Nevertheless, we can still provide a provenance guarantee for watches purchased from Ethos.
