This 2016-released watch is the perfect testament to Biver’s virtuosity — where he managed to bring one of watchmaking’s most exclusive complications in an unbelievably humble price range.

But is it as good as others? This TAG Heuer Carrera Tourbillon CAR5A8Y.FT6072 houses an in-house calibre Heuer-02T. It comes integrated with a flying tourbillon, operating at 28,800bph, which is as much as any other Swiss tourbillon. But it is also automatic, which is rather atypical for tourbillon movements. It facilitates functions like the time, date, and chronograph, where the chronograph complication is based on a column-wheel module.
