READ FULL STORYLuxury watches are the best accessories for raising the fashion ante. Whatever your style preference — understated or statement, casual or formal — watches can change your look and reflect your personality. You can always rely on Indian celebrities to make fashion statements. Celebrities enjoy being trendsetters, whether it’s because of their distinctive sense of style or their zest for luxury. The top watch brands worn by Indian celebrities include Rado, Franck Muller, Audemars Piguet, Hublot, and Richard Mille to name a few. This guide will keep you up with the choices of well-known Indian celebrities and the brands they support.
Shah Rukh Khan
Each one of Shah Rukh Khan’s treasured possessions has a stunning price tag. Therefore, it’s not surprising to see the actor wearing incredibly premium watches on multiple occasions. He adores collecting exquisite timepieces. His watch collection includes priceless and unique pieces, from a Patek Phillipe Aquanaut to an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore. TAG Heuer became well-known in India thanks to SRK. He has served as the brand ambassador of the maison since 2003. Naturally, he owns several handsome TAG Heuers, including the TAG Heuer Monaco Sixty Nine and Carrera Calibre 1887 SpaceX.

Deepika Padukone loves creating a statement both with her movies and her style. She has often been spotted stacking her Cartier bracelets with elegant luxury watches, including Cartier timepieces. Luxurious, characterful watches from Tissot have also adorned the actress’ wrist on a number of occasions. In 2021, Deepika Padukone also became the brand ambassador for luxury jewellery and watch brand Chopard and has since been often spotted flaunting the maison’s most joyful and beautiful watch – the Happy Sport.
Ranveer Singh
Ranveer Singh endorses Geneva-based watchmaker Franck Muller and has been seen sporting one of their most exclusive watches from the Vanguard Yachting collection. The case of the watch in question is constructed of white gold and wreathed beautifully in diamonds. In addition, the markers too are decked with diamonds. The actor, who is well known for his eccentric taste, also owns a Franck Muller Vanguard Automatic that was a gift from Rohit Shetty, the director of his film Simmba.

Virat Kohli
Former captain of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli, is a well-known aficionado of high-end timepieces. He owns several high-end luxury watches, from Audemars Piguet Royal Oak to Patek Philippe Nautilus. His impeccable collection also includes the Panerai Luminor 1950 GMT — a classic 42mm timepiece powered by an excellent mechanical self-winding movement that offers a staggering three-day power reserve.
In addition, a unique, limited edition watch was introduced in 2018 by the Swiss watchmaker Tissot in his honour, the brand’s ambassador at the time. The Tissot Chrono XL Classic Virat Kohli Special Edition differed from the other timepieces of this series by bleeding blue in recognition of Virat’s contributions to the cricket world. Along with the navy blue logo, the watch bore Virat’s signature on the caseback. Also, the running seconds subdial at six o’clock featured the 20-second position as 18, marking the cricketer’s jersey number.
Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor is no stranger to high-end timepieces. His huge watch collection, including watches from brands like TAG Heuer, Hublot, and Richard Mille, demonstrates his discerning taste and style. In an interview with GQ, the actor mentioned that the first luxury watch he owned was a TAG Heuer Grand Prix edition, gifted to him by his parents when he was 13. The Bollywood actor thus began his watch assortment at an early age, thanks to this timepiece. Ranbir Kapoor is also the proud owner of a Richard Mille RM 010. Apparently, Amitabh Bachchan gave this watch to him in 2014 as a token of appreciation for supporting Bacchan’s film, Bhootnath Returns. The timepiece in question is one of the most loved watches by Richard Mille. It’s a serious piece of mechanical watchmaking featuring a skeletonised dial and a powerful movement that offers about 55 hours of power autonomy.

Anushka Sharma sports several other high-end watches that sit in her stellar collection, like the Hublot Classic Fusion King Gold.
Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik Roshan continually exhibits his strong affinity for stellar timepieces. He talked about his first watch – a transparent Swatch that he used to wear to school – in an interview with GQ. He appreciates subtlety blended with elegance, evidenced by his refined watch collection. He owns a Rado for every occasion, whether it’s a vintage Rado Captain Cook, a traditional Rado True, or a sleek Rado HyperChrome.
